Governance structure
General Assembly
Highest governing body, composed of all members. Adopts the statute, annual plan, financial report and elects the Board.
Management Board
Oversees implementation of programs and the budget between Assembly sessions. Members serve voluntarily.
President
Legal representative of the association, accountable to the Board and the Assembly.
Supervisory function
Independent review of financial records and compliance with the statute.
Financial accountability
Annual financial statements are prepared in line with national accounting rules for non-profit organisations and submitted to the Central Registry.
Conflict of interest
Board members declare any personal interest and abstain from related decisions.
Non-discrimination
Our programs are open to all, regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender, age or ability.
Political neutrality
IZVOR is independent and does not support political parties or candidates.
Data protection
Personal data of members, volunteers and beneficiaries are processed only for stated purposes and in line with national law.
Public benefit
Any surplus is reinvested into our statutory public-benefit goals; no profit is distributed to members.
